Q. What do I wear to my massage?

A. You will strip down to your underwear for the massage, so make sure to wear some underwear. It is best to wear stretchy underwear to allow for more comfortable draping during the massage. Boxer shorts are not recommended! It is also highly recommended to avoid wearing makeup as you will most likely be spending some time with your face in a face cradle.

Q. What if I don't feel comfortable being in my underwear?

A. If being in your underwear is a concern for you, there is the option to be massaged through clothing. This is, however, a rather limiting experience. To get the most from your massage, it is highly recommended you remove most clothing, but the decision is ultimately up to you. 

Q. Is the massage private?

A. Yes, the entire massage is completely private. The massage therapist will be in the room with you during the consultation and massage only. The therapist will leave the room for you to get changed before and after your massage. During the massage, you will be fully covered with sheets or towels, except for the area being worked on. The draping is very professional and at no point will you feel exposed in any way.

Q. What massage oil do you use?

A. We use a high-quality coconut oil for our massages. Coconut oil has been shown to have many different health benefits and makes for an excellent oil to massage with.

Q. Why can I only book and pay online for my massage?

A. To streamline the whole massage experience we've decided to only accept bookings and payment online. We no longer need to spend precious time at the end of the massage making another booking and taking payment. This allows us to massage you for longer than if we did have to do those things. The end result is a longer and better massage for you.

Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

A. Yes, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment using the "View / change booking" link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If less than 24 hours are left till your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and you will be charged for the full session regardless of whether you show or not. Please understand that we offer no refunds so make sure you are happy with your selection.

Q. What happens if I'm running late?

A. Don't worry, your massage therapist will wait for you and give you the best massage possible in the time that remains. However, please understand that your massage session will not be extended due to late arrival. Our therapists have busy schedules and need to be ready in time for their next client.
